Out of the hood

I've been looking in from time to time but have not participated in the chatter, but it's time for change. I've been licensed since 2006. Raised my first birds in 1971 but not able to find out anything about licensing until 2005. Currently flying a tiercel peregrine and tiercel harris hawk in central New York. Looking forward to stretching the wings and getting out with the birds!
