Help locating an article

I read an article within the last year that I believe was called "The case for the tiercel peregrine" or something like that. It was obviously about the benefits of flying tiercels. I could be quite a ways off on the name but hopefully someone can help me locate it.

I originally thought it was in of my American Falconry issues or the NAFA hawk chalk CD but I can't seem to find it in either place.
