Newbie in Sarasota, Florida
Hi! I've had an interest in falconry since I was a little girl and read a book series about it. I had always, subconsciously, wanted to pursue falconry, but never really knew how. Now that I'm older and the interest is throwing itself back at me full-force, I realize this is something I really want to be involved with. I'm still in school but have a good amount of time on my hands to at least learn the basics and perhaps work with a falconer. I was wondering if anyone could help me learn all that I can and perhaps in the near future help me earn my permit. I'm in Sarasota but I am willing to travel a reasonable amount (an hour or so, moreso on weekends)
