Hi All, a big hello from Southern Ontario! A friend of mine suggested this site and I've been trolling it for several hours straight. Time to introduce myself!

My name is Kara. I've been interested in falconry since I was a teen. I took a local course, but school got in the way and my training turned from falconry to raptor education and then to rehabilitation. This is my third year flying a tiercel Harris', but I've been hesitant to get into the hunting scene because I'm the primary caregiver for my two young kids (hard to chase your bird through habitat with a stroller ). Anyway, they're getting bigger now and I'm looking forward to gaining more knowledge and experience. I look forward to chatting with everybody!
