Hey All!
I'm just a college student with a history of hunting living in NYC. I've been seeing a great deal about falconry lately, and have recently, as of about 3 weeks, spent a great deal of my free and idle time gobbling up every tidbit of information I can find pertaining to the subject! Falconry has been on my radar since about high school when I missed a trip to JFK, sponsored by the veterinary since program at my HS, and was greeted by my classmates with stories of the bird abatement specialist and his BoP, which made me exceedingly envious of the missed adventure!
Flash 8 or so years into the future and here I am preparing to finish college and dip my foot back into the hunting scene which has eluded me throughout my academic career, and falconry is certainly something I'm interested in delving into in a similar manner.
If there are any NYC or long island falconers out there who'd be willing to assist in my investigation of this life style please shoot me a line! 😁
