Passage refers to first year birds on their first migration. There are the ONLY birds that can be legally trapped in BC. And wouldn't even think about trapping till late sept. Want the bird to be tested by "Mother Nature" first. As long as you have a healthy population of ground quarry (rabbits, tree squirrels) then it will teach you about falconry.
