    Default Unable to Upload Avatar

My image is 90x90 and only 4 KB. I keep getting an error that says "cannot save image" from the site, on both uploading directly from my computer and off site.

My computer was acting weird earlier so it might be giving me the wrong reading, so here's the image if anyone wants to verify it for me.

It started out at about 1200x1200 and if I reduce it anymore it will not look good. But it should be uploading with no issue.

I was messing around trying to change my avatar and lost the one I had! I kept getting the message "upload failed". Any way around this?
