Default Found: Male Kestrel w/ Jesses in Vermont

A rehabber in VT has a male kestrel that was found with Jesses. It was hungry but otherwise ok.
The only VT falconer with a Kestrel has her bird so if you are missing a kestrel send me an email or a PM.

I think if there are any photo's, it would help to post them! Not so much of the bird but of the anklets and jesses.

Has anyone contacted folks with ed birds? Those look like pigskin traditional style jesses! Are they slitted or pinholed?
