Lost/14 yr old female anatum

Kirk Williams(847/302-6626) On 3/23/18 morning flight west of Salina, Kansas seamless band # RV085936 Freq. 216.01 she wasn't wanting to fly, then flew north with winds picking up & thermals, I couldn't keep up, lost signal. Chartered small plane, headed north to Concordia,Ks.(50 miles) no luck.

I live near Hays I will check for a signal here when I get home from work and will carry my reciever with me while traveling around the area. Sorry to hear about you're falcon and I hope you recover her.

Thanks Chasj87, if you get a signal without a visual & no response to lure, she eagerly responds to a kite(200 ft.) even without a lure. Beware that she's a bit aggressive, which explains her name "Pterodactyl".

Hey Kirk! I have several friends that are out birding every evening in that area. Shared your info with them. If they see her, they will be calling you. They do not have telemetry, but they know "their" birds well and your bird is NOT a local. Hope you can relocate her!
