Default Spotted... Hooded bird on billboard near mile marker 114, I-96 WB, Michigan 1:15 pm E

I'm not a Falconer, but I saw what looked like a hooded bird of prey, today on my way to Lansing. If you've lost one and this helps you find it, please let me know. It was perched atop a billboard next to the expressway between mile 114 and 113.

If this is true, how would it end up on a billboard?

Advertising is a sophisticated art these days John. It is their job to make sure EVERYONE pays attention to that billboard - even a hooded BOP.

Damn those guys are good at what they do!

I threw it up on the MHC Facebook page just in case. No comments from anyone. So probably nothing.
