Wood burning stove, outdoor wood shed, large propane gas tank and 4 burner stove. Two wilderness areas, White Mountain and Capitan. Wife says get rid of it, paying monthly water bill, and only go up there to weed eat, check maintenance. Besides my home also have 42 acres which I am rewilding for cottontail and quail. too much work for this old falconer. Will come up with more selling points as this virus prepares us for the next one. Wife says $40,000, I don't care. the maintenance isn't that bad. Approached by two realitors last year saying their inventory was low. Didn't think about selling till then, but flying was starting.

Just finished annual trailer roof painting today, got late start but had a special view of pink moon. Property is located 75 miles from Roswell, goes through a few life zones, jack rabbit, antelope, mule deer, kestrel, Mississippi kite, swainson, red tail, golden eagle, turkey, through 45 miles of prime Black Hawk nesting territory, on the scenic and historic Hondo Valley, into the accipiter, elk, bear and zone tailed hawk, passing on black top with blacktop short cut past (tourist type town) elk at golf course and up 7000' to drive way. In the past I was doing a FS boundary Fuel survey and decided to take a brake above Grindstone lake probably 300' above fishermen and away in the forest, a medium sized bird buzzed by me pretty quick, then flew over lake and started getting very vocal, realized it was imm. peregrine, seconds later an adult dropped out of the heavens and escorted young bird out of area, & out of sight!
