Select it and then click upload file(s). It is not obvious that the upload file(s) is a hyperlink/button.

Also note that when you hit "upload files" it won't look like anything is happening, but it is. At least on my computer there is no spinning wheel or bar showing the progress, but it is uploading. Give it a minute or two.
