Hello my name is Tim Dexter. I live near Pittsburgh pa and have been having trouble locating any falconers in the general area. I'm very new and eager to learn. Have read two books and just ordered two more. Have met a few good people who are about an hour or so away. Went on one actual hunt! Wow did it only help to solidify my addiction! Welcome Tim, there is a lot of info here, but much of it old. As a recent thread discusses the site has become much less active. From my perspective having a couple falconers only an hour away is having someone local. Enjoy the journey
