    Default Hello

Thought I would say hi and give a little bit of information about myself. I have only been a falconer for three seasons now and have only flown 2 different birds (both passage redtails). I upgraded before the start of this season to general class. I have made a lot of mistakes but I learned from all of them and hope to continue to improve. I hope this is enoug information but feel free to ask questions if it isn't.

Varanus. We have all made mistakes along the way. Have fun and post often, we like pictures. Was it cold last night? -3 this morning.

    Hello Mark,

I see your user name is Varanus. I know you must know what Varanus is or you would not use it. Are you into monitor lizards?

If you are, you will like cooper hawks!

I used to have a savannah for a long time I thought he was great. I would really like to fly a coops I hear that they are like giant evil humming birds and are killer on small feather, if only ohio had an eyess take. Thanks for all the welcomes.

So far just the two redtails, I tried trapping an AK this trapping season and had several hit the trap or land next to it but couldn't seem to snare one.
