Though I should introduce myself here on this forum instead of just posting. My name is Joe, I am a second year apprentice flying an inter-mewed FRT named Annaliese. I live in Northern California in the capital city and am addicted to every aspect of falconry. I trapped my hen late last year Jan and still was able to have a great year catching 10 jacks and a couple of CTs but did have to end the season earlier than I wanted being Annaliese came down with WNV. It was a tough month for both of us, but she fought her way though the virus and won the battle with no signs of any issues. This year ended on a good note except for her aggression for other RT's which caused us to end the season about 3 weeks early. This seasons count was 22 jacks, 4or5 CTs?, 1 barn owl, and 1 feral cat. The jacks were not as near plentiful as last year but I am pleased with our results. I will inter-mew her again and fly her and a new FHH next season. Here are some pics to share.
