    Default PFHT Summer Picnic

    Hey birdbrains, [smilie=icon_pray.gif]

Here's some news you can use: [smilie=eusa_think.gif]

PFHT Picnic, Saturday, Aug. 18, Pinch Pond Campground. Near RT.72 South of Lebanon, PA. [smilie=banana.gif]

In an effort to boost attendance It was decided to do a genuine pig roast -
you know, big roaster, whole pig...just like Genghis Khan did when he was
    PFHT president...back in 1205, [smilie=icon_pidu.gif] I think.

    Please spread the word! [smilie=icon_thumright.gif]

    Default Hog Roast

    Brandi:
Do the outlaws kill the hog? It must take a long time to roast a hog
    that big.

    Hi Everet,

Yes, we do hunt out here. Last season several outlaws came out hunting. One got a spike and the other a nice hog (about twice the size of the one above)!!!

That hog was actually shot by a friend of the family. We were out hunting specifically for the hog and he shot one first. We hung it for 7 days and then put it on the spit for 11 hours. Our spit is motorized, so it rotates on its own. The meat was so tender it was falling off the bone!!!

    Yuuuuuummmmmmm!!!!
