    Default Mini-Doxie Pups

I've got a litter of seven miniature B/T doxie pups that should be ready to go in early September. They should be starting in the field in Nov/December. For more info on the sire/dam check out this NAFEX thread (http://www.nafex.net/showthread.php?p=89622#post89622)

Would be willing to discuss possible trade for birds (from this year or next year's hatch) or for equipment. Give me a call if you're interested.

Well, the puppies are a little over 2 weeks old now and all of them are doing great. All of their eyes are open now and they're starting to crawl out of the whelping box now. Won't be long now before they'll be introduced to some bunnies and solid food.

Here are some of the latest pics of Suli's pups at 3 weeks. They're all up and motoring around by now and they'll be started on mushy solids this coming Thursday. I have to say these are some of the smallest puppies that I have seen at this age. Heck, my last litter was born at almost the weight these guys are at 3 weeks.

    Hey ej,
Yeah, this seems like the year of puppies around here. I've been planning this litter since last year, but Bill bred the little bitch of mine (Chance) and my wife let Cobie out with Bayli while she was still in heat. So, we did indeed have a few more puppies than I had planned for. Suli having 7 puppies was kind of unexpected as well, although it shouldn't have been, as that's what she had last year for Teddy. Anyway, I've got 3 of them sold and one's going to join my pack, so I've got half the pack acconted for.

Actually, Cobie predates both Roman and Piston. He's directly out of Artemis (Bill's little red bitch) and Salt (bred by Teddy, I think), so he's an old timer. I think he's actually Roman's uncle. Must be why Bill says that Artac and Cobie look so much alike. Piston was a gorgeous dog as well. I heard you got a new dog, how's that going? Also, I hear you're going to be helping a good friend (Brandon) of mine do some trapping come this fall. You'll like him a lot, he's good people and a great falconer. I'm going to try and hook up with Richie sometime this fall as well and look over some of his equipment to see if it's something I can make myself. I'll probably be heading up his way with Mick. BTW, Mick's now got one of Bill's dogs, a female that's named Tippi. She just had a litter and I helped him place one of the male pups with someone who got a female out of one of my previous litters, for future breeding purposes.

Suli's 7 pups just hit 6 weeks this past Thursday and are doing great! I've got 4 of them going to falconers so far, which leaves 1 small female and 2 little males just waiting to be added to your team. They'll be ready to go within the next two weeks and will have their first shots. Price is $500 plus shipping, although I'm open to potential trades.
