Tried to get on the KS site to get a license and there is no option there for a falconry license. Don't know if they just haven't updated it yet or if that just won't be available on-line.
You don't need a falconry license, just an out of state hunting license. Last year around $72, good all year, state waterfowl and/or upland game a little more.
If you want to trap in Kansas, that's super easy too.
