Is your debit card ..master card or visa? If they are dont use it as a debit just pretend its a credit card and it should work.

It's Visa,and when I fill out the info and put in my card numbers,paypal says it's not recieving it.I have used my card purchasing things before on various sites with no trouble.It is only with paypal..
