    Default Field Meet 2010

    The Field

Steve(I am here for the hawkin) Chitty, with his Sterner bred(one of the boys) G/P tiercel, 'Patch'. Patch hit one and grabbed the teal in the photo. The second got up a few mins. later, with it's lower beak mostly ripped away, and dangling.

Fred Seaman with his Red Naped Shaheen, in the wind.

Ron Kupra, with his G/P tiercel, in the 'chicken' fields.

Jim Ingram and his peregrine, shortly after a flight at a chicken. The chicken evaded and escaped, but a nice rooster pheasant didn't. Unfortunately, I missed the hero shot, with the pheasnt on the fist.

Hokus, Rednaped/Barbary tiercel on bagged game.

Great pics Jeff!! Looks like fun for sure. Hocus looks like he's coming along nicely. Oh - thanks for the pic of the red nape Fred is holding . Bill will like to see that for sure.

Thanks Kim! It was a great meet, I am glad that I went! I met a lot of new people who are now friends. The mood was just so laid back and comfortable! I and everyone were offered more slips than we could take, even at chickens! A welcome change from other meets.

My thanks to Ron and Ann for putting together a great and comfortable meet and we hope to be able to return, as invited, next year.
