Greetings from Indiana. I've been surfing NAFEX for a while but never got around to making an introduction. So here it is. I've been a falconer since 1984. I'm the vice president of the Indiana Falconers Association, Editor of our IFA newsletter and webmaster of our IFA website.

Just got back from the NAFA meet in Dodge City, KS and had a great time. Unfortunately, I lost my 2nd year intermewed RT female in a sudden 40 MPH gust of wind that sent her sailing...probably to Oregon. Of course...I didn't have telemetry on her...just bells and reward tags. Looked for 3 days (along with several other falconers at the NAFA meet) but no luck finding her. I ended up trapping a male passage Harlan's on the way back home and am manning him down now.

Glad to be on the site.

Regards,

Alan Pope
