I got my copy yesterday. Not the edition number I wanted but that is fine. Thumbed through it and it looks awesome. Can't wait to sit down with a scotch and start reading. Much thicker of a book than I was expecting. Beautiful, even the subscriber's edition. Patron's must be fantastic.
