Lost male American Kestrel. Last seen being chased by a wild kestrel on highway 501 (Pioneer Street) in Ridgefield, WA about an hour before dusk on 1/2/11. He will come to ANYONE with a tidbit or food or a starling (he is very tuned into starlings) and responds to "UP!". He is wearing anklets and jesses. No bells or telemetry.
