prairie falcon with one jess spotted in ABQ NM

Yesterday I spotted a prairie falcon with one jess on its right leg in the Carlisle/Girard , Lomas/Constitution area of the city. It was eating a pidgeon. If you're searching for your bird you may want to look here (saw it again this morning). I haven;t hunted or flown a bird in years but i did own two pfs years ago so i'm sure that is what it was. As far as I know I have the only captive prairie in Albuquerque and she is a rehab bird and wont be flying for a while due to feather issues, she is in the mew I checked.
there is also a white gyr hybrid male flying around the area too that no one locally has lost. we seem to be the destination of choice for lost falcons at the moment.confusedd
