BOP with Jesses and Bells

Got and email from a lady in Chester SC that said she saw what she thought was a Broad Wing? in her yard on this past Thursday. She stated that the Hawk had bells and jesses on. If anyone is missing a Coopers or any other small hawk in the upstate give me a call and I will give you the ladys name and number.
