Hey Dave,

Great to see you up on this forum. I am hoping to get the grievance into the union early this week and should have my position back in the near future. I was reading our contract and it is pretty cut and dry about the fact that the most senior member who is qualified be awarded the position. Seeing that I have been doing the job for over a year now it looks like I might be "qualified" and the most senior. Will keep you posted on what's happening and how things are progressing. Will let you know if any letters about my "qualifications" are required as the process proceeds.
