Robert:

What a wonderful redtail. What a great job you have done. Beautiful looking country. It looks like the place to hawk bunnies with a passage redtail. I loved the corkscrew out of the tree.

Best,

Thanks, she is indeed a great bird I hate to see this one go. But next year will give me all new challenges.

Videos like that make an tough old guy like me almost cry because I'm having such a hard time finding a sponsor in my out of the way location.

You work and wait your whole life to find the time to make a dream come true, and then it's dashed because you live so far out in the middle of nowhere.

This is AWESOME. Where are you located? Can you describe the equipment you are using on the bird and handheld? This made me smile a whole lot. Red-tails are the very best!

Thanks for all the great comments. I'm from Lancaster Pa and the equipment I'm using is a Go-Pro Mounted to my Head and a Booster vision attached to the bird with a Marshall Eagle backpack. The camera and Mount weighs just over 2oz. It does not seem to effect her performance.

Please keep it up. The two videos I have seen were the highlight of my day. This one with the "bunny pointers" is the best. Watching it reinforces for me that even the onboard camera cannot hope to match their eyesight of the birds.
