Hat Pin Fly

Being bored this time of year and not capable of imping, what else would one do with all the feathers???

I built a fly using my falcon's (Gyr/Prairie) secondary's and some feathers from a green head she took from last season.

This is the result.

Thought it would look nice on my hawking hat but now am making a few more in differing configurations to pick one.

This is the first one. Would be cool to have you send me feathers of your bird and make one for your hat?

Interested in braided gear and hoods in trade.

I will only use hybrid feathers so as not to get into a jedi mind game with the federales in case some of the purist out there were wonderin.

And as long as no green backs are involved I solve further scrutiny by the man.
