Hello. Just came across this forum and it looks to have a lot of great information and discussion. I'm especially interested in the goshawk and accipiter threads I see. I recognize a few posters from other sites as well, so hello. Currently flying an eight year old female gos I received a couple years ago.

(welc) John.
I see you're from Kentucky. Do you know Larry Martin, by chance? He's flying my old male gos.

Hello, Jimmy. Thanks for the welcome. I know Larry, but haven't actually seen him in a couple years.

John,
Welcome to NAFEX. We have a very laid back group here. How did your gos do this year? How are the bunny slips in Kentucky?

I hope you enjoy the forums, let us know if you need anything

again welcome

Thanks for the welcome. I've been looking through all the great posts and there's a lot of really knowledgable posters on here and it's a really active forum.

I was very happy with the gos this year. She is kind of a project as I'm her fourth owner and basically a hand me down bird. But she has some great qualities and we caught 14 bunnies last year, 22 this year and a duck, and I'm not done yet. We've worked through a lot of issues and next year hope to iron out a couple more. I'll post a few pics. The bunny season started out great, but it's a little thin now. Now if these darn houses and malls would quit moving into our fields. . ..frus
