I took these pics today while traveling down the road. It was about 12-15" tall. I'm not sure what it was but thought it might be an accipiter of some kind. Am I right?

I thought Accip for sure because it had a pointed (as it flew) banded tail and flew with short wing beats. It's wings were also short and stubby. The picture stinks, I think that is the main problem here.

Broadwing.
The tail is too short for an accipiter and the broadwing does have bars on it's deck like an accipiter. We have lots around here in N. Florida but I haven't seen one that color. Most around here are darker but they do resemble a cross between a RT and a Coopers hawk to me.
