I broke the spring clip that holds the antenna closed on my receiver the other day. I called Marshall and a few days later not one, but two clips arrived in the mail. With them were the two screws that hold the clips in place, along with all that was an invoice marked "0$ due, complimentary"! I've used Marshall products for years and will continue to do so; always great customer service but this is over the top!

A few years ago my 216 receiver quit working properly (after many years of use). They overnighted a loaner for me to use at no charge until they could ship me a new unti.

Wow! Since I use a Marshall receiver, am glad to hear these reports! If I ever need customer service, good to know they will be there! They DID answer questions over the phone years ago for me, on how to do something very specific with the receiver. Good folks and great equipment.
