Seriously though, lovely bird. I think I've seen this video before, I remember the bleeding afterwards.
My only thing with this video is the way at the very beginning he waves a chick at her and then swaps it out for a tiny tidbit once she was on the way. I might think that an eagle might figure that out quick and could get annoyed that she was being lied to. But then I've never trained an eagle and I don't know much about the subject.

Maybe he should use an eagle gauntlet while handling the eagle, his gauntlet seemed to be a normal run of the mill falconry gauntlet. I'm betting she's an imprint for him to be man-handling her like that.
