Krys, i saw the topic was close before i could reply. yes we can take squirrels all year long here in Texas by means of falconry. look at the falconry regs. and in the section called raptor proclamation. i questioned this topic to some other falconers around here a few years ago and they are all year long for us unless something has changed recently.
