no problem ,after looking at the photos from the day he was trapped I noticed in over half of the pics he was standing on it so he was caught with the problem and was really heavy so i guess he was doing OK i did take tip off of the talon and ended up releasing him only had him a few weeks I decided one AK was enough for now I already have a 2nd year imprint and A PMRT my plate was kinda full. Rob I never saw your message. I havent ever checked my visitor messages---didnt even know what that was. I hope your kestrel is ok. Sounds like it has a damaged extensor tendon. Shouldnt be too much of a problem as long as you keep the talon cut short.
