Thanks Dave, all is going well. I'm still creance flying her right now but should be free flying her anyday. Our deer season is open right now so I'm a little leary about cutting her free right now. I do have a couple secluded spots where I can take her during deer season , I'm just waiting for my sponsor to be able to free up to go with me my first few times, should be this week. Hope you had a great holiday and take good care.

Thanks Dave - all is going well. Sorry I haven't been on much been busy with Roxie and bowhunting. Got me a nice 10 pointer with the bow so now I have all the more time to spend with Roxie.. I'll be posting some training pics in a sec. Take care

Hey Dave! No haven't free flown Journey yet. She is primed and ready though. We are just waiting for the right day and weather. I am glad to hear you will be getting your permit soon. I look forward to seeing those pictures. I went trapping with a couple friends this past weekend to get one of them a new bird. We had a great time! Trapping a total of six birds. We probably saw around 30 birds. My buddy ended up keeping a 42 oz. female. I look forward to hearing from you. And oh yeah, I am still having some issues with my computer. So bear with me on the untimely returns.

I finally talked to the DEC on Friday and they had all my paperwork together and he said they would get it in the mail first thing on Tuesday morning. So I should see it by the Thursady of Friday. Then I'll have to send it off to Mass for my fed permit. I hope I get everything back so I can go trapping by the end of October. I get 15 days off in a row the first part of November.

Good luck on Journey's free flight, I'm sure she'll do just fine. Hope you get your personal computer fixed, cause I sure love seeing your pics.
Thanks again man and keep in touch - I'll let you know when I get all my permits and start trapping. I'll be taking my Nikon D300 when we go - so look for some pics to follow...

Hey Dave! How are things going? Have you received your permit yet? Everything is progressing well on this end. Journey is doing great on the creance and is just about ready for free flight. I am going to fly her from a short creance this week from various short trees and perches and the farm. Then do a free flight from the perch in the yard late in the day when the weather is right. I will try to get some more pics soon. My personal computer's hard drive crashed this past week and I can only email from my work computer which has none of my pictures. I hope all is well on your end and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Take care!
