When do you head back south bound?

Hey Tom,

Just doing my annual check in! Hope you're doing well!

Work promoted me and has taken too much time for me to put the effort I want into Falconry anymore - plus the SO and I are expecting a little one (of the human variety) in about a month, less and less time it seems. But I still keep up-to-date and check in - did some Volunteer work for the Raptor Center, etc.

Hey Tom- Do you have a birthday comin' up? If so, congrats on making it through another one. ;-) Just wonderin if you've got a bird and will be flying this winter. ?

We're already out flying, her and I both were itching to get started. She remembers the game, seems like we're picking up where we left off. You're always more than welcome to come along, just let me know when. Hope all is well!

I'm doing alright!

I have not passed/taken my test yet, still have been studying, but with going to college as well as the other stuff, I didn't feel I had the time I wanted or needed to dedicate to my apprenticeship at the time. I'm still living in MN/WI - now in the Hudson, WI area.

Florida must be a whole different world; and the winter has been chaotic and unusual this year. Do you have pictures or a thread up for your PMRT? I'd love to see any if you have them!

Hi tOM. It has been a while since we last corresponded. Hope you are doing well! I am back in school so time seems to not be on my side between my job, family and school obligations. Still have my RT in her 2nd year...she looks great with her sporty new red tail! USMC birthday is just around the corner! Take care!

school is almost over, I graduate in May, the day before I turn 50!
I'm going to take my board exams (1 in april, 3 in june), spend some time with the dog, spend some time in the new boat I am building(pics on my facebook page, ifn you do facebook) and then, find a job and make some money. I know of some Mayo graduates doing Radiology in Kingman AZ who are wishing for a Mayo trained sonographer. I might consider Carson City, NV. Maybe I'll end up in the desert west. Winters would be shorter and warmer, eh?,With luck, I can eventually work into a job that allows me time to do falconry. I'm hoping to be able to work 3 12 hr shifts or 4 10 hour shifts a week.

I miss working with a bird!!!
