Yes, walk-ins are possible when slots haven't been reserved ahead of time. The Red Cross prefers donors to make appointments if at all possible, but will take walk-ins as they can.

Hi All,

The Kearney Chapter of the American Red Cross collected 32 units of blood at our first ever NAFA blood drive. Thanks, everyone! It was terrifically gratifying to watch a steady stream of falconers troop in the door and give of themselves so willingly. That amount of blood has the potential to save nearly 100 lives. Good work!
