New York State Falconry Association has a new web site, http://www.nysfa.org/

There you will find information on becoming a falconer. You will also find the contact information for our Apprenticeship Coordinators. They can help you out. Also on the site is the contact information for the NYS DEC Special licenses office. Call and ask for an apprentice package, in it will be a list of all NYS falconers. Start calling and asking to meet and go out hunting. That is the best way to determine if falconry is for you.
