Spotted in Jacksonville
Had an email go out in our local hawking club about this RT hawk. If anyone is missing one in that area PM me and I'll give ya the contact info.
"Just recieved a phone call that a Red-Tail hawk was spotted off of 95 by Orange park exit with jesses and spotters said the bird had a hood on that is hanging.....please call me if this is your bird"
If any of you Florida Falconers know of a friend missing a bird let me know.

Heard something about a hawk spotted in Florida with hood hanging about a year ago on this forum. Could they send us a photo of the subject bird.
