    Default Good Day from Canada

    Just wanted to say hi,

My name is Mike, I am a apprentice falconer (general this year) living in Ontario, Canada. Currently flying a FHH, have a male peregrine down to molt and a breeding pair of Sakers. I must say, so far I am very impressed with every one on this forum. It is refreshing too see that falconers can converse with out bickering and acting like little children.

    Mike!
Interesting to hear that an apprentice can fly Peregrine in Canada. How many years have you been breeding Sakers? Good luck with them. Have fun and we always like pictures.

In Ontario, we can fly anything we wish.....but only one native...all captive bred. Just got the pair late last fall, 9 yr old proven producers.....still no eggs frus. So not sure I will produce any this year....still hopeing but definatly nervous. Pictures......that is a thought.....

Carzy eh Bill, they grow so fast...this one was a born falconer, no doubt about it. I can't even get near the door with out him running for his coat and boots.
