Why exactly is that underhanded? If there truly is a market for the product then the other vendors will lose out. I would bet that if Marshall (or any other manufacturer) is getting rid of 173mhz (quietly or not) they are doing it because the amount of sales do not make it viable not because they are conspiring to kill what a small number of falconers consider a good thing.
